Everything Trade Pro builds, listed sheet by sheet.

Their own line is that from residential to commercial, Trade Pro Construction can build it all. Commercial work is the larger share: new buildings, tenant finish-outs, facades, remodels and rebuilds after fire or water. Homes get the same crew, with kitchens, baths, additions, masonry, waterproofing and walls from sheetrock to the last coat of paint.

Not sure which sheet your project sits on? Call (479) 309-8111 and the office will point you to the right one. Estimates are free.

Series A-100 to A-500 · commercial

Commercial: the core of the work.

Estimates for every commercial project are transparent and reviewed in person with you. The hub page covers the whole scope at once.

  1. A-101

    Tenant finish-outs

A vacant shell turned into a space a business can open in: walls and partitions, ceilings, flooring, electrical, plumbing and HVAC changes, cabinetry and the tenant's own branding, with the leasing agent, architect and trades kept on one schedule.

  2. A-201

    New commercial builds

Ground-up commercial buildings, from site preparation and foundation to the envelope and the finished floor, the way Twin City Produce's dock doors and warehouse went up.

  3. A-301

Commercial remodels and floor plan redesign

Space reconfiguration, structural changes, flooring and ceiling replacement, energy-efficient upgrades and restroom ADA retrofits for businesses that have outgrown the layout they have.

Trade Pro plumber re-running drain lines inside opened steel-stud walls during a commercial restroom remodel
  4. A-401

    Facade updates and commercial exteriors

A new face for an existing building: exterior finishes, curb appeal and the envelope details that keep weather out, worked from lifts on multi-storey buildings when the job calls for it.

  5. A-501

    Fire and water damage build-back

After the cleanup crew leaves, the rebuild: framing, sheetrock, finishes and fixtures put back so a business or home can reopen, priced to stay within what the claim actually covers.

Series A-102 to A-602 · residential

Residential: the schedule for your house.

Six lines of home work, each with its own page. The general construction and remodeling scope, from site preparation to additions, is on the residential overview.

A-102Interior insurance claim putback
Once an interior damage claim is approved, the reconstruction that matches the claim's provisions, started as soon as the insurer allows. That is how a repeat customer described their tornado-damage repairs.
A-202Remodels, additions and basement finishing
Kitchen and bathroom renovations, basement finishing and home additions, built on the same site preparation, foundation and framing work they do for new structures.
A-302Masonry, siding and stucco
Stone, brick and stucco for fireplaces and facades, plus siding, windows and exterior finishing, chosen for how each material handles Arkansas weather.
A-402Waterproofing and leak detection
Residential waterproofing and window and flashing leak detection and repair, found and fixed before damp walls turn into mold and rot.
A-502Sheetrock, tape and mud, texture and paint
Walls taken from bare studs to finished color: sheetrock hung, taped and mudded, textured and painted by one crew instead of four.
A-602Custom cabinetry and bookshelves
Custom cabinets for kitchens, bathrooms and laundry rooms, and built-in bookshelves, made to fit the room and the way you use it.
