The architectural series

Six services, filed as five sheets.

Their list names new builds, tenant finish-outs, facade updates, remodels, floor plan redesign and fire and water damage. Floor plan redesign sits with remodels because it is the same work: moving walls so a space fits the business inside it.

Sheet A-101

Tenant finish-outs

A vacant shell turned into a space a business can open in: walls and partitions, ceilings, flooring, electrical, plumbing and HVAC changes, cabinetry and the tenant's own branding, with the leasing agent, architect and trades kept on one schedule.

Remodeling expertise

What a commercial remodel can include.

Remodels revitalize existing spaces to improve how useful, efficient and appealing they are. This is the scope Trade Pro lists for them, in the order a plan review tends to go.

  • Space reconfiguration

Walls and layouts moved to match how the business runs now.

  • Facade upgrades

A new face for the building, tied into the rest of the remodel.

  • Structural modifications

Openings, loads and framing changed where the plan needs it.

  • Energy-efficient upgrades

Envelope and equipment changes that cut the cost of running the building.

  • Technology integration

Cabling, server space and security systems built in, not bolted on.

  • Flooring and ceiling replacements

Worn surfaces replaced to suit the traffic and the acoustics.

  • Restroom ADA retrofit

Modify or enlarge a current restroom to meet applicable ADA requirements.

  • Custom cabinetry and storage

Built to the room, from front counters to back-of-house shelving.
